Cadesha brings a strong background in finance, operations, and strategic leadership to Next Generation Construction. Born in Jamaica and raised in Connecticut, she holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.
Before entering the construction industry, Cadesha built a successful career in the financial and health insurance sectors, where she developed deep expertise in business operations and management. Her transition into construction began when she stepped into the role of Controller
at Stratford Steel, where she oversaw project accounting, contracting, field operations, payroll, and human resources.
Recognizing the potential for growth and transformation at Next Generation Construction, Cadesha joined the leadership team to help guide the company through a pivotal period. With a focus on operational excellence and sustainable growth, she plays a critical role in driving the company’s continued
